Juicing has so many awesome health benefits. 95% of the vitamins and enzymes our bodies need are found in the juice of raw fruits and vegetables.  You would need to eat 2 lbs of carrots, 10-12 apples, or 8 lbs of spinach to get the same amount of nutrients you receive in one 16 oz juice. juicing

Knowing this, I bought a juicer about a year ago and sadly never opened the box and use it. I was speaking with a co-worker today and he started juicing and it inspired me to start to use it now. Often I stop at a local health food store and have them make one for me so I decided to share some of my favorite juicing recipes on here in case any of my readers were interesting and adding this great way to get in your veggies to your routine.


1 Peeled Lime
3 Oranges
1/4 Cup of Blueberries
1/2 Cucumber
4 Carrots
1 Beet
1 Celery Stalk
1 Handful of Spinach

Sweet Greens

1 Bunch of Spinach
2 Cups Carrots
1/4 Small Lemon
2 Granny Smith Apples

Kale Away

8-10 Leaves of Kale
2 Carrots
1/2 cucumber
1 Green Apple

Green Goddess

2 Granny Smith Apples
1 Bunch of Spinach
2 Celery Stalks
1 Cucumber
1/2 Lemon
1/2″ Ginger
1/4 of Pineapple

Green machine

3 Stalks of Celery
2 Cups of Spinach
2 Cucumbers
1 Green Apple
