Fruits & Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are rich sources of antioxidants such as vitamin C, which draw free-radicals out of your body, decreasing or preventing their damaging effects. It’s good for your heart, it’s good for your health generally and it is also very good for your skin but it is quite difficult to ensure adequate levels of omega 3 in your diet unless you regularly eat large quantities of oily fish or take a supplement.

When Should You Drink Water?

  • When it’s hot. Aim for cool water, which is absorbed much more quickly than warm fluids and may help to cool off an overheated body.
  • Drink as you exercise. When you exercise, carry a water bottle and drink water throughout the exercise period. One needs to drink two cups of water for each pound lost to perspiration.
  • Drink when you’re ill. Even though you don’t feel like it, you especially need water when you’re not eating because you’re under the weather. You’ll dehydrate and feel much worse. Common colds and the flu can also lead to dehydration. Inertia sets in, even with the water bottle next to you.

Distilled water does not contain any impurities, salts or minerals and is generally obtained by heating normal tap water to its boiling point so that it changes to vapor and then, the vapor is condensed and collected in the form of distilled water.
